As the Talent Pool Operational and Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients maximise the benefits of this solution. What You’ll Be Doing: Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring they are fully engaged with the Talent Pool. Provide strategic advice, regular updates and insights on how to optimise their hiring processes. Talent Pool Growth & Expansion: Work alongside the Product Manager to extend the Talent Pool into new locations and sectors, identifying growth opportunities and onboarding new clients. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including IT and external tech partners to enhance system performance and user experience. Data & Reporting: Analyse management information and generate insightful reports to track progress, optimise strategies and present findings to senior leadership. Operational Efficiency: Oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators. Work closely with Business Managers and Customer Success teams to improve processes where needed. What We’re Looking For: Strong background in recruitment/temporary staffing, ideally with experience in Talent Pool systems. Commercially aware and data-driven, with the ability to extract insights and influence decision-making. Confident communicator capable of engaging with clients at all levels, from training staff to presenting strategic recommendations. Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; experience working with local authorities is a plus.
