Job Title: Business Process Analyst
Job Type: 6-month contract
Salary: £80 to £85 per hour PAYE
Location: London (4 days a week in the office)
Our client is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join their dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a global leader in the origination, distribution and trading of equity, equity-linked and equity-derivative securities.
What you'll do:
1. Conduct a thorough review of existing workflows related to structured products.
2. Map out the current processes to understand interactions and dependencies.
3. Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the current workflow.
4. Analyse the efficiency of current procedures and propose strategic enhancements.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights on workflow challenges.
6. Develop criteria for measuring workflow effectiveness and performance benchmarks.
7. Assess which elements of the workflow can be streamlined through automation.
8. Partner with IT and automation teams to design and implement automated solutions.
9. Create redesigned workflows that incorporate identified improvements and automation features.
10. Ensure that the new workflows align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
What you bring:
1. Significant experience in structured products or similar industry.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex workflows.
3. Familiarity with automation tools and technologies is preferred.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
