Our Private Client Department is renowned for its expertise, dedication, and personalised service. We are currently seeking an experienced Solicitor with over 3-4 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join our esteemed team in Inverness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, estates, trusts, powers of attorney, and inheritance tax planning.
2. Manage and develop a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring all clients receive high-quality service.
3. Conduct client meetings, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
4. Participate in business development activities, contributing to the growth and success of the Private Client Department.
Requirements:
5. Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3-4 years PQE in private client work.
6. Demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of private client matters independently.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
