We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a particular focus on Workday. In this pivotal role, you will provide efficient administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the maintenance and amendment of Workday shell record data, while delivering a positive experience for all internal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records across the business, with a focus on Workday data.
* Implement new processes and procedures for data maintenance within various local HR systems, including Workday in the US.
* Collaborate with Business and Support leads to understand staffing models and identify the necessary information for creating Workday personnel records.
* Accurately record all changes, moves, and transfers in relevant systems.
* Generate ad hoc reports as requested for the HR team and other stakeholders.
* Provide general administrative support within the HR team as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
* GCSEs or equivalent.
* Previous HR administration experience with a UK employer is preferred.
* Familiarity with financial or professional service organisations is advantageous.
* Essential experience with HRIS (Workday, Oracle, etc.).
* Proficiency in Excel, Visio, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.
Knowledge & Skills:
* Methodical and organised approach to work.
* Ability to generate reports from complex data sets, with strong Excel skills being an advantage.
* Exceptional accuracy in all written communications.
