A fitout, building & FM company has a new requirement for a Submissions Manager to join the team. You will produce standard company information, prepare PQQ submissions and draft tender responses, conveying complex construction proposals with clarity. Training and development is available and you will be working with an experienced team based in Belfast. Duties will include: Reviewing web portals for PQQ/Tender opportunities Analysing PQQ/Tender for viability Creating/updating PQQ/Tender information on company IT systems Preparing written responses to PQQ/Tender questions Liaising with internal and external parties to obtain information for submissions Coordinating the clarification and RFI process Proof-reading colleagues' work Preparing PowerPoint presentations for client interviews Creating/updating standard marketing information Attending site visits/events and participating in PQQ/Tender interviews Essential Criteria Previous experience in a bid management or bid writing role Enthusiastic and keen to develop Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent IT and creative presentation skills Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritisation of workload Ability to work on own initiative Team player An excellent salary & remuneration package to include: Competitive salary 33 days annual leave entitlement Generous pension contributions Life Assurance Flexible & Hybrid Working For more information or to discuss in confidence, please contact Michelle Doran at CSR on.
