We are now looking for a People Analytics & Systems Coordinator to join us on a full-time permanent basis, based at the National Railway Museum (NRM) in York.
About the role
As People Analytics & Systems Coordinator, you will support the development and delivery of our People and Culture systems and management information. You will work with colleagues and suppliers to ensure we make best use of our systems, taking advantage of new functionality and improving the efficiency of our processes. You will also deliver a support a variety of users, helping to identify the root cause of issues and escalating to suppliers as required.
About you
Joining us, you will bring experience of using systems to manage and/or support an operational workload, with a confidence in using systems generally. You will be enjoy identifying improvements to systems and processes and will hold a good working knowledge of standard ICT applications - specifically Excel. Experience in handling and analysing data along with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, will be essential. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be useful as you will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels including Directors.
