We are seeking an Administrator to join our client for a temporary assignment. This role requires a professional who excels under pressure, is proficient in various administrative tasks, and has experience working within a UK school environment. Day-to-day of the role: Work in the main office, managing all school office enquiries efficiently. Answer phone calls, providing polite and professional assistance. Handle minute-taking and note-taking responsibilities during meetings. Manage stock levels and order stationery as needed. Utilise Arbor software to run reports and manage school data, including handling the school census. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with HR administrative tasks. Engage confidently with senior leaders and handle after-school meetings (flexibility in working hours required). Required Skills & Qualifications: Enhanced knowledge and experience with Arbor software, capable of running detailed reports. Experience in handling school census processes. Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a school setting. HR administration experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages. Excellent written and spoken English. Professional demeanor, confident in interacting with senior leadership. Ability to solve problems effectively and work well under pressure. Previous experience in a UK school environment is essential.
