We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Finance. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Procurement, the Head of Finance will be responsible for the entire finance function, at an exciting time for the organisation. The role As Head of Finance, you will provide leadership to an overall team of 9 across transaction management, financial accounting and control, business partnering and management accounting to deliver quality, timely and business focused solutions and service to the business. You will oversee the production of statutory and management accounts, maintenance and monitoring of internal controls and treasury management, development of financial policies and the implementation of these policies and ensuring compliance with financial governance and risk management requirements. At the heart of the role is business partnering: you will drive forward a robust ethos of this personally and through your team. The business partnering team works with business leaders and budget holders to provide them the skills and tools to take strategic financial decisions and have greater financial accountability.
