Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Part-Time HR Advisor / PA to Managing Director for our client based in Lanarkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional seeking a flexible, part-time role. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing all aspects of employee relations, providing HR support to managers, and assisting the Managing Director with administrative and PA duties. Working 12-16 hours per week, with flexibility to agree working hours to suit the successful candidate, this is an ideal position for someone looking to balance their professional and personal commitments. Overview: Our client is seeking a versatile and proactive individual to manage all HR processes, ensuring the smooth running of employee relations and HR administration, while also delivering efficient PA support to the Managing Director. This is a hands-on position suited to someone with a strong HR background who enjoys a varied role and can work independently. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing all employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and absence management. Supporting managers across the business with HR guidance and best practice advice. Managing recruitment processes, including advertising roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Coordinating the onboarding process, including preparing contracts and induction plans. Maintaining and updating employee records and handling HR documentation. Assisting with performance management processes and providing support to ensure employee development. Providing day-to-day administrative and PA support to the Managing Director, including diary management and correspondence. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Experience handling employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures. Ability to support and advise managers on HR-related issues. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
