About the role: We are looking to recruit Inbound Customer Service Advisors who love variety and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Our team is extremely versatile and the role is very diverse. The team may be communicating with our veterinary clients, colleagues and supporters through a variety of different channels including email and telephone. We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills who is able to deliver a warm and friendly customer experience. There’s a great camaraderie within all our teams and you’ll see that as soon as you arrive. Be able to handle calmly any issues that a customer may have brought to your attention. Be adept at making detailed notes about every call you’ve handled.
