THE COMPANY
A leading fashion retailer is rapidly expanding both its domestic & international presence and is seeking a Customer Analytics Lead to join their fast-growing & cross-functional data & analytics function and lead the Customer Analytics function through its next stage of growth and development – this is a great opportunity for a Senior/Lead Customer Analyst looking to take a step up in their career!
THE ROLE
As the Customer Analytics Lead, you will lead a Customer Analytics team working on a range of projects across segmentation, regression, loyalty & predictive analytics. You will have good hands-on experience as a customer analytics practitioner in your recent career and have strong experience relaying insight back to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Strong experience in the customer analytics / customer insight space
* Strong SQL experience
* Mentoring / line management experience (preferable)
