Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid)
As a customer service advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, helping them over the phone and via other electronic formats with their queries regarding products they have purchased. Customer experience is extremely important to us and our clients, so it is essential that you understand and are able to deliver a great experience and service.
As a customer service advisor, you will possess excellent communication skills, be driven, and want to provide a first-class customer experience to all customers.
A good level of written and verbal skills is a must, along with having previous customer service experience either within a face-to-face environment or within a call centre/office role.
The roles are shift-based and will include some weekend work on a rotational basis. Our shift patterns operate between 8 am to 7 pm Monday through to Saturday and 10 am to 4 pm on Sundays.
You will initially be office-based during your training/induction period; however, you will have the option of hybrid working once you have completed your probation.
Salary and Benefits:
