Job Description
Maximum 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Actual starting salary: £24,294 + Fringe Allowance £689 per annum
We are seeking a Premises Officer to join us at Pound Hill Infant Academy to help us ensure that the school sites are clean, secure and safe for all users.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure Academy site.
2. Providing and maintaining a customer-focused service.
3. Providing caretaking duties including maintenance, janitorial and portage tasks.
4. Supervising external contractors.
You will have:
5. Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning: DIY, painting & decorating, general garden maintenance etc
6. Experience of maintaining health & safety in a workplace
7. A good working knowledge of Microsoft office
8. Full clean driving licence with access to own transport
9. The ability to work as part of our team and independently
