As the Digital Operations Analyst, based in our Bury office, you are responsible for the smooth running of promotions, pricing, and customer information on L’Oréal Partner Shop for either the Professional Products Division French brands (L’Oréal Professionel, Kérastase, Shu Uemura art of hair) or the Professional Products Division American Brands (Redken, Matrix, Pureology, Biolage, Pulp Riot).
A DAY IN THE LIFE
L’Oréal Partner Shop (LPS)
* Review business cycle briefing documents for your brands to make sure the proposed promotion mechanics are feasible and share any challenges address collectively.
* Create campaigns, promotions and coupons for your brands in the Business Manager system ensuring they will be visible to the correct customers and the call-out messaging on site is clear.
* Create bundle products and enrich complementary products.
* Create and maintain customer allocations and PLV campaigns in the Business Manager system.
* Mark discontinued products with the relevant flag.
* Ensure all cycle promotions are disabled accordingly in line with the end of the cycle.
SAP:
* Add new products to the list price workflow process.
* Input changes to structural terms as briefed by commercial and authorised by finance, ensuring that they are uploaded to the correct divisions in SAP.
* Work closely with Supply Planning to ensure material determination is set up correctly on products.
Other:
* Be the point of contact for the Commercial Support and Customer Care teams for queries relating to customer information, orders, promotions and pricing for your brands.
* Raise SNOW tickets for any issues identified on site and test proposed any fixes.

* Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SAP.
