All of our camps are carefully structured in line with our Academy Coaching Programme to ensure each child receives a high level of coaching as well as enjoying each day whilst developing on and off the pitch.’ About the opportunity: We are looking for talented football coaches at various levels of experience within the game to join us and represent Everton Football Club across our International Academy programmes, supporting and delivering on programmes that are help throughout the UK and key locations around the world. Working on a casual basis and using your previous coaching experience you will deliver quality sessions to all players attending as well as supporting in general operations and smooth running across other areas of the Everton International Academy programme when needed. Other core responsibilities you will cover as part of this role include; Lead on delivery of our development nights that run locally on evenings and weekends as and when. Supporting the delivery of the Evert on International Academy experience throughout school holidays Plan and deliver sessions to meet the needs of the International Academy Programme, in line with the curriculum and principles set by the International Technical Lead. Work with and support all colleagues as part of a team in the development of th e International Academy programme. Embody and maintain the high standards set by Everton Football Club at all times. Pathway: from grassroots to academy to affiliate (How does this look) Casual coaches regularly supporting & delivering on soccer schools and experiences (UK/Internationally) during half terms & evening weekly sessions will have an opportunity to support and deliver to tour groups throughout the year. Furthermore, there will be opportunities to support on our Academy Affiliate Programme, US Soccer Schools and Football Education Programme. Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate(s) will hold a minimum FA Coaching Level 2, and is able to evidence previous experience of planning, developing and reviewing football-based sessions as well as working with, supporting and developing children who are at different stages of their football careers.
