We are thrilled to share that we are looking for 6 high-calibre Bachelor's or Master's students to join our Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Brands team on a 12-month placement. The EMEA Brand team is responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining a positive and consistent brand image for Hilton Hotels and Resorts in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Our primary goal is to build and strengthen the brand's reputation and equity, which will lead to increased customer loyalty, operational efficiencies, trust, and ultimately, business success. From day one, our placement students are fully integrated into Team Hilton. Our placements offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as networking with senior executives, involvement in regional conferences and, for some, international travel. Based in our EMEA headquarters, Watford, you will be part of a cohort of 40 Interns and take part in regular connect meetings, short assignments and feedback sessions designed to support your development. You will benefit from a subsidised restaurant, a games area and a free in-house gym. The Opportunities We have a variety of placements available across our Brands sub teams. If successful throughout the initial application stages, you will be invited to an interview for one of the below 12-month placements, which will be confirmed prior to the interview. Here’s a bit about what each team does: Brand Performance Support Placement: Our Brand Performance Support team ensures that brand goals are achieved throughout our portfolio of Focused Service, Full Service and Lifestyle hotels across EMEA. During this placement you will support the team with a range of administrative and operational activities as well as gain exposure in projects delivering scalable solutions to drive performance across all our brands in EMEA. You will be part of a diverse team and will gain experience in brands and brand management from both the operational and corporate side of our business. Brand Management Placement: Our Brand Management team develops and delivers Brand Strategy for each of the brands in our portfolio as well as tactical plans to reach our brand goals. Regional Brand Team is the voice of the Global Brand in the EMEA region as well as the voice of the EMEA Region in our Global Brand organisation. As a Brand Management Intern, you will be given the opportunity to lead your own projects and play an active role in continuing the success of our Brands. Project Management, Brands & Central Operations Placement: The Project Management team oversees cross-brand initiatives within the EMEA region, focusing on enterprise innovation that require cross-functional input, review, and implementation. Salary & Benefits: £24,000 Gross PA & private healthcare What are we looking for? First and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company, and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values. Must be a current Bachelor’s or Master’s student with a required 12-month year in industry placement as part of your degree. A Hospitality or Business Management/Marketing related degree is preferred. However, we will consider applicants from other disciplines provided that you are able to demonstrate a strong desire to progress a career in this area. Must be able to start on the 7th July 2025, to work full-time for a 12-month duration. Must be eligible to work in the UK. If you are a non-UK national, without EU Settled or Pre-Settled Status, you will need to study at a UK university to be eligible to undertake a placement here. Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing). Highly personable and able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your approach to work. You must demonstrate a genuine interest for hospitality. Additional European, Middle Eastern or African language skills would be advantageous, although not essential.
