About the Team and the Role:
Stratford District Family Help Team are looking for a social worker seeking to make a difference to join our family-focused team based in Stratford Upon Avon. With offices based just outside Stratford Upon Avon town centre the service works with children from 0-18 covering a range of work from supporting families on a Child In Need basis through to child protection, PLO, court work, children in care and adoption.
If you would like to join a team which constantly strives to achieve the best outcomes for the children and families we work with, embraces new social work practices and is committed to providing a supportive learning environment for social workers to develop their skills and practice then we want to hear from you. We are looking for committed, enthusiastic and motivated child focused social workers to help us improve the outcomes for our young people, ensuring their voice is heard and remains central within our decision-making processes. We are able to offer a supportive management team, an established ASYE and ongoing training programme as well as a clear career pathway to support social workers to achieve their potential and be the best they can be.

Applicants for the role will need a professional Social Work qualification and Social Work England Registration.

Salary:
* Newly Qualified Social Worker. Up to £41,438.00 (Includes a £3,500 market supplement which is subject to pension, tax and NI deductions. A Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 may be available if the relevant policy criteria are met)
* Experienced Social Worker. Up to £50,231.00 (Includes a £3,500 market supplement which is subject to pension, tax and NI deductions. Plus, Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 may be available if the relevant policy criteria are met.)
