Please see attached JD&PS for full details of duties and responsibilities The postholder will contribute to the clinical leadership of the team, sharing best practice and contributing to all aspects of the programme, and being involved in the outcome evaluation. They will be expected to work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the services policies and procedures, and utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development and research within the Health and Justice Children & Young Peoples Service Line. The post holder will be required to work in an integrated way with staff working for other organisations within ORSS and contribute to the development of a 'One Team' approach. This will include sharing information, contributing to multiagency formulation and care plans, updating Oasis IT systems and documents and adhering to ORSS protocols and policies.
