What you'll be doing We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our team and help deliver our Brand CRM strategy, driving brand engagement and cross-sell plans. You will work with the Brand CRM Manager to execute the CRM strategy and help achieve business targets. You’ll also help execute app engagement communications, ensuring that our app-driven customer interactions are aligned with broader CRM goals. You will assist with the planning and execution of the CRM brand calendar, supporting the delivery of personalised, automated communications across email and app push notifications. Working with key stakeholders, you’ll help support CRM channel growth and help engage customers at various points in their journey. Regular reporting on campaign performance will also be an important part of your responsibilities.
