JOB ROLE As a Technical Support Scientist, you will ensure the smooth operation of advanced cancer diagnostic instruments. Your responsibilities will include supporting customers with troubleshooting, performing equipment qualifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and reliability. You will also contribute to failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to enhance system performance and address technical challenges. ABOUT YOU You will excel in this role if you have: A degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in technical support or scientific roles within biotech or life sciences. Familiarity with equipment qualification, calibration, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
