Aramark UK is seeking a seasoned Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences at Everton Football Club's new stadium. With a seating capacity of 52,888 fans per matchday, this is an unparalleled opportunity to set the standard for excellence in the hospitality industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality culinary experiences across the stadium, fan zone, and concourse operations. This includes developing and implementing menus, product sourcing, and kitchen layouts that promote ease of use and quick service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee food production and operational delivery of all retail outlets across the stadium
* Ensure day-to-day delivery of consistent and exceptional product quality and service standards
* Drive a guest-focused culture through in-depth knowledge and appreciation of hospitality standards and client needs
* Maintain compliance with UK food safety standards and prioritize regular checks
* Manage stock levels, including stock ordering, usage, wastage, and recording
* Develop training programs to ensure staff are equipped to provide exceptional service
* Work closely with the management team to develop and sustain a high level of team energy and engagement
* Conduct regular performance reviews and talent management activity
* Evaluate and improve nutritional philosophy across all sites, focusing on new food trends and innovation
* Manage procurement systems, including invoicing and documentation
* Responsible for retail staffing planners and weekly labour, producing schedules and providing variable staffing requirements
Key Requirements:
* Naturally confident leader with senior management experience to inspire a large kitchen team
* Ability to communicate effectively between front and back of house teams
* Extensive experience in food retail operations environment
* Positive and passionate focus on food – a natural flare for hospitality
* Trained to Level 3 food safety
* Previous P&L accountability and evidence of commercial nous
* Calm and resilient
* Problem-solving skills
* Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
