We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated professional with excellent clinical, organisational & communication skills, who has the ability to work autonomously and continuously reflect on practice.
The post holder will deliver clinical excellence utilising a bio-psychosocial approach. The triage physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and manage a complex caseload of MSK patients, enhancing the patient experience and streamlining patient management to optimise outcomes.
The successful applicant will receive regular supervision, in-service training, and regular team meetings.
Main duties of the job
To work as an autonomous practitioner delivering clinical excellence utilising a bio-psychosocial approach. The triage physiotherapist will see patients with undifferentiated presentations to assess, diagnose, and manage a complex caseload of MSK patients, enhancing the patient experience and streamlining patient management to optimise outcomes.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* *Member of HPC and CSP
* *Degree/diploma in physiotherapy
* *Evidence of relevant post grad qualifications/study at master's level
* *Working toward L1 on road map
* *Evidence of on-going and relevant CPD activities and knowledge of current EBP and national guidelines relating to MSK disorders

Salary: £46,148 to £52,809 a year based on full-time hours.
