If you are a Junior - Intermediate level Architectural Technologist who would thrive in an environment where you can manage your own start and finish times, we have an Architectural Practice in Hathersage, South Yorkshire that offers an alternative to a standard 9-5 working.
We require an ambitious upcoming junior - intermediate level Architectural Technologist, ideally with a couple of years of experience (although this can be flexible and local ambitious graduates may also be considered) to join a thriving medium-sized practice (12 strong) situated in the delightful rural village of Hathersage, approximately 10 miles west of Sheffield and a short walk from the main trainline to Manchester and Sheffield.
The practice currently operates a fully agile working model where staff decide what days they work in the office and which days they work from home. Typically, the majority of the people that work here have a mixture of both, and working hours are flexible to suit. Outside working is encouraged in the summer months. Collaboration is the best learning platform, so being more office-based initially will help you quickly get up to speed on projects and learn their way of working.
The Practice is an established business with a repeat portfolio of project work across the Commercial, Residential, Retail, and E-Commerce logistics sectors. They have built a formidable reputation for their work specializing in EV infrastructure projects, where current project demands are high. The team is very busy with new commissions and is looking for someone who can immediately support the delivery of various schemes to improve the EV infrastructure of the UK.
The business prides itself on ensuring all employees develop lasting relationships with their clients, and they are keen to secure an Architectural Technologist who has good interpersonal skills and is comfortable developing into a client-facing role.
The position will see you work across the majority of the RIBA work stages from feasibility to project delivery. This practice is 100% REVIT-based, so proficiency in REVIT would be extremely advantageous. However, for the right candidate, they would be prepared to offer training, which would consist of a funded training course and then onto a live project with relevant mentorship and guidance.
If you are a degree-qualified Architectural Technologist who is keen to join a progressive supportive business, this is the role for you. You will also be fully supported and encouraged to complete your MCIAT and successfully become Chartered.
Salary depending on experience is circa £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + private medical, pension, 20 days holiday, and a quarterly bonus scheme.
