Responsibilities
1. Design process – feasibility.
2. Co-design Product & Process:
1. Style Assessment: check and quotation
2. Requirements monitoring (definition scope according to RFQ schedule and follow-up)
3. Assembly Integration and Validation Plan and Digital ECM Quotation: manage and check.
4. Define the list of parts needed for the mock-up and trials.
5. Participation in meetings: Hot housing meeting, area meeting, GDM meeting
6. Technical review: validation robustness
7. Traceability/conformity/safety tightening/sensitive process
8. Management DST and assembly
9. Contribution to SP² assessment
10. Assembly process adaptation:
1. Elaboration of the assembly sequence respecting the target gateways; if deviation from the target, justify this deviation.
2. Quotation of the different solutions if necessary: time, investments, surface, sequential delivering…
11. Definition of operating process and process sheets
12. Development of product and process feasibility for assembly
13. Technical proposals to guarantee assembly.
14. Creation of requests for tools / tools / equipment:
1. Creation of FOA (fiches d’ouverture d’affaire) request for study of specific tools or studying feasibility of assembling
2. CAO environment will be provided to tool supplier for making feasibility study.
15. Participation to the construction of way of integrating and validating process (contribution to book of specification of the equipment)
16. Assembly evaluation synthesis to fill in the delivery’s acceptance.
17. Creation of process sheets
18. Creation of assembly process sheets for one main car and then for all diversities according to our standards and in particular:
1. Definition of operating mode with evaluation of time needed to do operations by using MTM2 analysis.
2. Realisation of the illustration coming from PLM of P sheets (M, D, E and A) from CAO
19. Analysis and reduction of tightening diversity - the process sheets will be written in English; automatic foreign translation should be provided (according to the list to be defined by the OEM at SFM)
20. Validation on plant and pilot line:
1. Transfer to manufacturing team the process sheets
2. Management of solving assembly issues during assembling (reactivity)
3. Participation and update of PS during assembly of car dedicated to validating process sheets (“slow build”)
4. Support of assembly unit leader for the first vehicle
5. Time adjustment for specific Process Sheet (manipulator)
6. Transfer to serial team of all P sheets.
