Role Specification: Provide a warm welcome to guests, members and visitors to site, ensuring a swift check-in following departmental and company standards. Carry out comprehensive administrative duties, following procedures accurately to assist in the efficient day-to-day running of the spa Answer all phone calls and emails professionally, efficiently, and in a friendly manner, dealing with enquiries and ensuring prompt follow-up/conclusion. Collection of payments on departure with full understanding of billing processes. Maintain a polite and thorough demeanour, ensuring all relevant information is received and provided to guests. A comprehensive understanding of the spa's facilities, policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements. Your skills and expertise: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hospitality/ Receptionist experience preferred but not essential (full training shall be provided). Strong understanding of hotel and spa facilities and services. Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy in information provided. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and promote additional services. Confident use of IT and software systems. Shift Patterns: Full-time (37.5 hours per week): Weekdays including evenings and weekends on rolling rota.
