Purchase Ledger Clerk – Northampton - Permanent - Job Duties Include:
1. Processing purchase ledger invoices
2. Setting up new suppliers on system
3. Running weekly BACs payments
4. Entering invoices onto the system
5. Invoice Approval
6. Daily control reports
7. Handling queries – internal and external
8. Liaising with suppliers
9. Managing self-billed invoices
10. Goods In reports
11. Filing
12. Sorting of post
Person:
1. Experienced in Purchase ledger
2. Accurate
3. AAT studier/ AAT qualified (not essential)
4. Experienced in data entry
5. Friendly
6. Teamwork – happy to help others during busy periods
