Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a HR Advisor for a Local Authority Client based in Chichester. In this role, you will provide HR advice and support to managers and employees, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. About the role: You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives: Provide HR advice on policies, employee relations, and recruitment to managers and employees. Support the implementation of Directorate/Service People Plans and ensure compliance with Employment Law. Assist in managing employee issues such as sickness absence, performance management, grievances, and conduct. Refer complex matters to HR Senior Business Partners and maintain accurate HR records. About you: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Experience providing HR advice on employee relations, performance management, and recruitment. Strong understanding of HR policies, Employment Law, and best practices. Proven ability to manage a range of HR issues, including sickness, grievance, and conduct. Skilled in building relationships with managers, handling confidential information, and supporting HR initiatives.
