We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager for an Adult Learning disability and ASD service in North Manchester The organisation provides support to adults diagnosed with autism, Learning disabilities, mental health and challenging behaviour across greater Manchester. They operate a number of single and shared occupancy tenancies across Manchester and supported living apartments in Rochdale, Bury, Openshaw and other areas of Manchester. About the role As the Registered Manager you will be reporting to the Directors and/or Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day management of each service ensuring high standards are met throughout the organisation. You will be supervising your management team to ensure you abide by all CQC requirements and standards. Pay & Benefits: Salary: £40,000.00 to £50,000.00 (dependent on experience) Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week Opportuning for progression Bonuses/ Incentives Daily responsibilities: To ensure compliance with CQC requirements Ensuring high standards of care is provided to all service users Managing budgets and finance Managing Team Leaders and Deputy Registered Managers Recruitment and retention of staff Maintain and Improving CQC rating Work with Compliance Officer and Directors to ensure that Audits and Compliance checks are completed and actioned accordingly. To be the point of Contact for Staff and Residents and families. To ensure systems are developed, set up and maintained to support services delivery, service budgets and finance accountability to funders and partners Encourage and support new carers into their role. Seek referrals Experience is Required and should be a minimum of 5 Years within the social care sector.
