Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (Master's or PhD preferred).
Experience : 7-10 years in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or leadership role. Proficiency in design tools like EPLAN, Circuit Studio, and AutoCAD.
A proven track record of leading engineering teams and strong communication skills to collaborate across departments.
Demonstrated ability to tackle complex engineering challenges and drive innovative solutions.
Experience in designing integrated electromechanical products for industrial markets.
