Location: Lincolnshire

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager, who will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure the smooth delivery of projects, and play a key role in managing resources, safety, and quality standards. You will be responsible for various projects across the East Midlands.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader with strong management skills and a commitment to Health & Safety.
Responsibilities:
Attend pre-contract meetings and site visits
Carry out site remeasures & create and issue quotations
Produce all relevant method statements for the planned works ahead
Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget
Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed
Carry out site audits
Deal with and resolve any problems that occur during the project
Submission of monthly interim valuationsDesired Skills & Attributes:
2-5 Years experience as a Contract's Manager
Clean driving licence (Required)
Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (required)Benefits:
