£12.90 - £13.50 Per day
Responsibilities:
* Assist the lead teacher in delivering lessons to Key Stage 2 students
* Support individual and small groups of students with their learning
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Assist in planning and preparing educational materials and resources
* Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour
* Supervise students during break times and off-site activities
Minimum Requirements:
* GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Experience working with children in an educational setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
* Ability to build rapport with students and work effectively in a team
* Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* First Aid training
This role involves working in a school environment, following the school calendar and timetable. The work may involve some physical activity and supervision of students during break times and off-site activities.
