Contracts Administrator
Newcastle Upon Tyne
A fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Fire & Security firm, with a large range of customers ranging from Commercial, Domestic & Industrial sites. My client is eager to welcome a new, experienced Contracts Administrator into the fold.
Full Time | Office based 8.30am-5pm
Main Responsibilities
* Assist with invoicing of jobs, ensuring accuracy
* Cost the engineers calls in line with the submitted paperwork
* Check invoices where required
* Quality check the submitted engineer reports and ensure the work completed is compliant
* Upload check paperwork on client portals and update the status of the job as appropriate
* Assist with any other admin duties and tasks that may be required.
Knowledge and Experiences
* Excellent organisational and administration skills
* Experience of quality checking
* Knowledge of CRMS
* Using all Microsoft Office packages to an ‘experienced’ user level.
