Senior Sales Manager (Individual contributor) – London 3x days per week.
This position is an individual contributor role, you will not be managing a team.

How will you add value to their journey?
1. Identify high-potential clients and prospects and cultivate a robust pipeline across diverse verticals
2. Craft and deliver comprehensive presentations and proposals for potential clients
3. Be part of a dynamic new business team supported by every other function within the business
4. Pitch their solutions to prospective clients and co-build solutions with the client to fulfill their needs
5. Manage the sales process through to contract signing, including contract and commercial negotiations
6. Execute product and technical conversations with clients, coordinated with product and development teams
7. Align delivery with the product and engineering functions to ensure appropriate resources are allocated to each client and influence the roadmap
You will be successful if:
8. You understand the BAAS space and are able to identify the needs of Embedded Finance
9. Minimum of 3-4 years within the payments/BAAS/Modern Treasury/ FX/ SAAS industry
10. Experience of selling to clients’ verticals such as: Gaming / Gambling / Crypto / Affiliate Marketing / Financial Institutions / Merchants Acquirers
11. Minimum of 7-10 sales/business development experience within SAAS
12. Proven track record of successful full sales cycle execution and delivering against
revenue targets
13. Experience of successfully managing complex sales engagements with high value
customers
14. Comprehensive network of industry contacts
15. In-depth understanding of the payments ecosystem, trends and innovative payments
solutions
16. Ability to create technical solutions mapping and implementation approach for a broad range of client needs
17. A passion for the industry; an ongoing interest in the development of the industry and,
most importantly, an opinion!
