About Us: We are looking for a passionate Breakfast Chef and a Commis Chef to be part of the team at Albion Hotel. Our main goal is to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
2. Encourage and foster a positive and efficient work environment.
3. Help create and maintain seasonal menus, incorporating fresh, local ingredients.
4. Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet our standards.
5. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
6. Work closely with the FOH team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Requirements:
1. Minimum two years commis chef experience.
2. A passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and seasonal cooking.
3. Stock control, and budgeting abilities.
4. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations.
5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
6. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
7. A hands-on approach with a positive and team-focused attitude.
