Work on some of the most advanced CNC equipment in the UK Be part of a business driving the future of high-performance automotive manufacturing Competitive salary and overtime potential Continuous improvement culture and training opportunities CNC Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities: Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on CNC machines including lathes, mills, and grinding equipment Fault-find and liaise with OEM suppliers and contractors to resolve issues quickly and effectively Support additional machinery such as chillers, LEVs, conveyors, and other process equipment Oversee contractor management – reviewing RAMS, issuing permits, and monitoring work on-site Identify and implement process and plant improvements Complete documentation to auditable standards via paper and digital systems Follow and contribute to company safety policies and continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, Kaizen, etc.) What We’re Looking For: Multi-skilled engineering background – mechatronics, mechanical or electrical HNC / ONC / City & Guilds / Apprenticeship in a relevant engineering discipline IOSH or similar safety qualification preferred Strong knowledge of machinery safety systems (e-stop circuits, guard interlocks, etc.) Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and circuit diagrams Interested?
