About the role:
Are you a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? As a KS1 Teacher at our academy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early educational experiences of our young learners. This part-time position offers flexibility and the chance to work in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning through engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching in a KS1 setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• A passion for environmental education and sustainability is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons: Create dynamic and interactive lessons that meet the needs of all learners, encouraging creativity and critical thinking.
• Support and assess students: Monitor and support the academic, emotional, and social development of each child, using a range of assessment tools to inform instruction.
• Collaborate with colleagues: Work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
• Engage with the community: Build positive relationships with parents and carers, encouraging them to be active participants in their child’s education.
