Job Description This role combines strategic planning, content development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Business Development Managers (BDMs), SDR Managers, Enablement, and the Sales Programs team. Your ability to package and deliver high-quality messaging, sales tools, and structured plans will directly shape how we drive pipeline generation and annual recurring revenue (ARR). Key Responsibilities: Outbound Campaign Strategy & Execution - Plan, execute, and manage outbound campaigns as part of an integrated Allbound strategy. - Package and deliver tailored touch plans, messaging, and sales enablement tools, such as battlecards, objection-handling guides, and call scripts, to drive campaign success. - Partner with the Sales Programs team to ensure campaigns align with targeting, segmentation, and business objectives. Content Development & Packaging - Design, develop, and package content to support outbound efforts, including email sequences, prospecting kits, and sales collateral. - Curate high-quality materials, combining market insights and messaging best practices, to ensure SDRs and sales teams can effectively engage prospects. - Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure content is clear, impactful, and aligned with campaign themes and audience needs. Program Planning & Calendar Management - Own the planning and management of the outbound campaign calendar, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and milestones are consistently met. - Ensure campaigns are well-organized and supported with the appropriate tools, frameworks, and messaging at each stage. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement - Partner closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and SDR Managers to plan, execute, and measure campaign effectiveness. - Work with the Enablement team to ensure SDRs and sales teams receive relevant training and resources to execute campaigns effectively. - Collaborate with the broader Sales Programs team to refine targeting, segmentation, and other strategic aspects of campaigns. RACI Framework Management - Create, manage, and implement RACI frameworks to clarify team roles and responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional teams. Desired Qualifications Experience - 3-5 years of experience in sales programs, marketing, or business development, preferably in a SaaS environment. - Proven expertise in content creation and packaging for outbound campaigns, including messaging guides, touch plans, and sales enablement tools. - Experience driving outbound campaign execution and pipeline generation at scale. Content Packaging & Communication - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft, package, and deliver engaging content. - Strong attention to detail in creating and refining materials that align with campaign strategies and resonate with sales teams and prospects. Technically Savvy - Proficient in tools such as Oracle CX, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant technology platforms. Collaboration & Adaptability - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Business Development, SDR, Sales, Enablement, and Marketing teams to drive successful outcomes. - A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner.
