I am looking for a teaching assistant to join a fantastic children's care provider based in Glossop. The role comes with a great salary, bonus, ongoing support and development, and assistance programme.

Aside from knowing that you're making a real difference to a young person's life, every time you go to work, as an outstanding independent provider of high-quality education, they train and mentor you. You will develop your technical skills and confidence and help you build a genuinely rewarding career; the likes of which other employers can't match. This is a full-year role and hours of work are Monday - Friday 8 - 4. Benefits include:
1. Competitive pay - salary packages of around £28k to £30k depending on qualifications and experience.
2. Comprehensive induction training and ongoing CPD.
3. From 30 to 35 days' paid holiday, depending on your role.
4. Referral and loyalty bonuses from £50 to £500.
5. Company pension scheme.
6. Comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme (providing personal and professional help).
7. Employee perks and discounts.
To be considered for this fantastic role you will:
1. Hold a relevant teaching assistant qualification (Level 3 qualification and above).
2. Have a specialism, or demonstrable experience, in supporting the wider KS2 curriculum.
3. Have experience of engaging reluctant learners and dealing with challenging behaviour.
4. Have an innate ability to relate to young people.
5. Understand the national curriculum and other relevant learning programmes.
6. Have a proven ability to build relationships with a variety of colleagues and external parties.
7. Be eligible to work in the UK and have a full, valid manual driving licence.
