Homes for Students is the UK’s largest independent provider of Student Accommodation. We are currently looking for 2 Mandarin Speaking International Bookings Co-Ordinators to join our Sales team based in Liverpool, working 40 hours per week on rota basis. Hours are typically 9am-5:30pm Monday – Friday however can vary at any point throughout the year to hours between 8am-8pm and include weekends. As International Bookings Co-ordinator you will be an active, contributing member of a new team which involves dealing with and verifying international student bookings.You will be responsible for ensuring all international bookings are verified and processed using all routes for contacting. You will work closely with the internal sales team and will pass any processed bookings on to them to convert. As well as working closely with the partnerships team to deal with international agent enquiries.The student experience is at the forefront of everything we do, so you'll be passionate about delivering top customer service.You have a clear understanding of each properties proposition and USPs along with clear knowledge of our policies and procedures. Accountabilities/Responsibilities Managing international enquiries from multiple communication channels including phone, live chat, email, web, WhatsApp and social media Contacting all international students to verify their bookings. Have an in depth understanding of the housing market for overseas students. Tracking and monitoring trends and patterns and feeding them back. Conducting outbound calls only to follow up on enquiries/bookings. Updating all databases accurately to allow for effective analysis. Comply with Health and Safety working practice in accordance with the company’s policy. To be flexible and work effectively with other colleagues Ensure all international enquiries are followed up using all routes for contacting. Demonstrate a clear knowledge of the booking system. Demonstrate a clear knowledge of the properties and keeping up to date with all activity throughout the year Ensure deadlines are met Skills Fluent in Mandarin Ability to work with minimum supervision and to tight deadlines. Ability to work as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills and time management skills. Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels. Ability to achieve goals and targets within timescales.
