About the Role:
* Collaborate with the team to advise on complex restructuring and insolvency issues, applying your expertise to drive business growth and profitability.
* Uphold high standards of service and accuracy, ensuring that all matters comply with firm and regulatory standards.
* Develop and deliver a comprehensive business plan to drive profitable growth, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and networking.
* Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills, coaching, and mentoring abilities to motivate colleagues and drive key projects forward.
* Secure new clients through effective networking and cross-selling opportunities, building and managing client portfolios with ease.
* Raise the firm's profile through strategic thinking and excellent client care, ensuring that all clients receive tailored advice and support.
* Deliver accurate, up-to-date legal advice, updating data in key platforms and scoping and pricing new instructions effectively.
* Actively drive key projects, setting clear objectives for direct reports and providing coaching and training to ensure their success.
About You:
* You have a robust background in Restructuring and Insolvency, with exceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills.
* You possess strong commercial acumen and a keen eye for detail, with experience of leading teams to achieve financial and service delivery targets.
* You are a skilled leader, able to build and manage client portfolios, plan workloads and resources effectively, and think strategically.
* You offer excellent client care and client support skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
