The Senior Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting Sales Managers to drive growth, nurture customer relationships, and achieve set goals. Duties include assisting with new business opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and ensuring business continuity. Responsibilities: Provide support to building relationships with customers with the aim to keep generating activity and interest. Support in the pipeline management to ensure sales are reaching targets. Support prospecting new opportunities and new projects with existing accounts with the aim of developing of client portfolios and ensuring growth. Prepare presentations to present innovations and products to customers, provide samples, define price margins and prepare quotations as necessary. Maintain the company’s document management system with contacts, leads, opportunities, and new customers, and granting access to e-catalogue as necessary. Prepare the communication for any price increases with customers by charting the evolution of costs relating to raw materials, transportation, presentation with index evolution, forecast for following month trying to anticipate, update all in terms for all price composition. Coordinate between the required parties involved on any requests related to catalogue, samples, quotations, set-out margins, technical drawings, artwork, logistics queries pre-production samples, approvals, and orders to ensure the sales teams win new business. Create and issue presentations and newsletters with product portfolio tailored to customers specific leads. Handle the necessary preparations linked to exhibitions, including the preparation all of the samples, display requirements, and coordinate with Marketing team regards showcasing of products. Follow up payments with customers to ensure that payment has been affected prior to shipment, and chase for payments through Finance with regards to payment terms. Organize meetings, events, travel arrangements and team building activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University ideally in Sales, Business Management or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship building, or within the beauty industry, and 5 years of experience in project coordination between customers and manufacturing plants.
