Base salary of £21,000.00 - £26,000.00 (depending on experience) with realistic on target earnings of £30,000 - £40,000 PA.
Great hours Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekends!

We are Zap Vehicle Charging Ltd, one of the few UK EV installation companies fully accredited by OZEV, NAPIT and EVCC. We are looking for a polite, reliable person to join our friendly sales team. To be successful here, consider the below questions:
1. Do you have Telesales experience?
2. Are you good at building customer rapport?
3. Are you great at listening, establishing needs and asking the right questions to provide the right solution?
4. Have you got experience of selling over the telephone?
5. Are you organised and good at closing sales?

Your role as Telesales Advisor with us at Zap Vehicle Charging Ltd:
1. Finding prospects and calling both outbound and inbound business and residential customers to understand their Electric Vehicle Charging needs, providing the best solutions for them including OZEV Grant funding information and advice.
2. Listening and understanding their needs and desires, asking the right questions to provide solutions that support the customer.
3. Being the industry expert for your customers, knowing / selling our EV installation services, backhouse solutions, and offering financial funding options.
4. Account management and updating details on our CRM.
5. Achieving and working towards set targets and KPIs (daily, weekly, periodically).
6. Communicating with subcontractors to arrange site surveys for your customers.
7. Keeping in full communication from start to completion of the EV charger installation project.
In return for your commitment and expertise as a Telesales Advisor at Zap Vehicle Charging Ltd:
A guaranteed base salary of £21,000.00 - £26,000.00 PA (Depending on experience).
First-year achievable OTE of circa £30,000.00 - £40,000.00. This figure is based on a very realistic and achievable target of 15 sales per month.
Great working hours Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm, no weekend or evening working.
