Overview
The Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) BioFabUSA is a member-based non-profit organization founded to build the biofabrication industry and transform the future of healthcare. ARMI provides wrap-around commercialization services to companies seeking to bring life-saving regenerative technologies to patients, as well as to innovators seeking to commercialize enabling technologies that will grow the industry's impact.
ARMI is seeking an experienced Program Manager for its HealthTech Hub accelerator program. The individual in this role will be responsible for building positive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders and managing program performance, schedule, resources, day-to-day logistics, event coordination, creation and distribution of program materials, and program reporting. This role requires handling a variety of operational and tactical duties to ensure smooth program operations and enable maximal program impact.
Responsibilities
* Program Management: Manage program performance, schedule, and resources in alignment with guidance from ARMI senior leaders.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships and foster a positive and engaging community atmosphere with program partners, Executives in Residence, participating companies, and other teams.
* Resource Management: Ensure the application of resources aligns with program objectives and timelines.
* Compliance and Reporting: Partner with the compliance team to ensure all necessary reports and documentation are generated, filed, and adhere to regulatory and organizational standards.
* Document Management: Organize and manage program documents, ensuring easy access and efficient sharing among team members and participants. Prepare presentations on program status for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
* Event Coordination: Coordinate events, including managing travel arrangements for participating companies to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
* Operational Efficiency: Develop and align program processes and performance dashboards to facilitate the achievement of objectives.
* Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage program-relevant vendor and stakeholder partnerships.
* Communications Management: Ensure efficient and timely communication with all program stakeholders.
* Risk Mitigation: Actively identify and mitigate program risks, adjusting plans in coordination with senior leadership to meet business objectives.
* Facilities Management: Ensure that program facilities are maintained, clean, and appropriately equipped to support all program activities, including meetings, workshops, and events.
* Material Creation and Distribution: Develop and distribute supporting materials for program participants, including handbooks, guides, and presentation materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Program Management Experience:
o Demonstrated experience with performance, schedule, and resource management in a fast-paced, team-based, multi-stakeholder environment.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment consisting of internal and external partners.
o Strong proficiency in using essential program management methods, tools, and business applications.
o Strong logistical and coordination skills, with experience managing complex schedules, multiple stakeholders, and resource requirements.
o Proven attention to detail in managing program performance and resources, ensuring responsiveness to stakeholders.
o Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions to ensure program success.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills. Proven ability to build lasting, positive relationships at all organizational levels.
