* Receiving requisitions and demands, negotiatingwith suppliers, and processing Purchase Orders and Purchase Orderamendments in accordance with Procurement processes and procedures,and the requirements of thebusiness
Obtaining andcommunicating progress updates from suppliers in an effectivemanner, and understanding when to escalate issues to more seniormembers of staff
* Maintaining Supplier open order books and ensuringthat correct and current data is maintained in the Oracle ERPsystem
Processing supplierreturns, ensuring these are actioned in a timelymanner Supporting othermembers of the Procurement Team as required in their dailyresponsibilities
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Previous administrator/coordinatorexperience
Proficient IT skills inMicrosoft Excel andOutlook Effective communicatorand able to manage stakeholder relationships GCSEs (A-C – 5-9) inMaths and English
Desirable:
* Manufacturingbackground
HNC/HND in BusinessStudies or equivalentexperience Proven experience inprocurement or similar commercialenvironment

You will interface withsuppliers, internal project teams and functions to ensure thetimely receipt of material to meet the requirements of thebusiness.
