To implement improvement requirements in line with identified responsibilities and goals. Responsibilities: Identified portfolio of works as agreed with Site Facilities Manager which include planned and preventative measures and incorporates future planning of life-cycled maintenance. Review site risk assessments and complete identified audit processes as appropriate. Monitor identified repeat issues that may occur and implement agreed plans to mitigate further recurrence. Manage concurrent works requirements in order to ensure completion of tasks in a timely and cost effective manner. Check the maintenance logbook and attend to items listed, reporting back to Site Facilities Manager when completed. Attend to all remedial maintenance as discussed with the Site Facilities Manager.
