Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, the role of Scheduling Administrator will support the team with a range of administrative duties that ensure car park installations at Parkingeye run smoothly. We’re looking for someone who is efficient in managing their own time and balancing a range of tasks with varying deadlines. You will be joining a hard-working team that is customer service minded and make sure that they always have both internal and external stakeholders in mind. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Carrying out a range of administration tasks, including but not limited to raising Purchase Orders and receipting them, booking hotels for our Engineers. Running line searches to ensure safe digging for the Engineers on site. Estimating the costs and time it will take to carry out work. Planning projects by outlining and coordinating when work by our Engineers should take place. Adhering to Company Policies, procedures and quality standards. Be aware of and follow all health and safety requirements and comply with all Company Policies. Exercise excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Formal Qualifications and Experience required: Essential Previous experience of carrying out administrative tasks and executing these to a high standard. Ability to demonstrate that you understand customer service and making this a priority for both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrating strong general education including English Language and Mathematics. Working knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace. Evidence of experience in estimating time and costs for work. Experience balancing multiple tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Ability to evidence team working and supporting others when workloads change. Strong computer literacy. Experience working with Microsoft Office and other like programmes including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Desirable A basic understanding regarding the British Parking Association Code of Practice and how this affects installations and planning applications. Personal Attributes/Skills: Aptitude to learn new skills. Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills. Willingness to assume responsibility and take ownership of tasks. Ability to multi-task whilst managing a range of deadlines.
