About the Role: We are looking for a Fabrics Change Manager (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you will partner with leaders & project champions to support change management efforts for business-critical programs and projects and ensure successful adoption.Meeting customer and stakeholder expectations, you will effectively support change adoption on large, difficult and sometimes complex global projects critical to the organization.You will be proficient in working in remote and global environments and model effective ways to work to collaborate and facilitate virtually.You will align with stakeholders across Fabrics, alongside colleagues from within the Change and Project Management Office (CPMO) to develop a holistic change assessment, strategy and approach for work across the Fabrics business.
This position will be located at our Putzbrunn facility in Bavaria, Germany or Livingston facility in Central Scotland, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Assess, coordinate, develop, and maintain strategies for change across different projects & programs
2. Engage and coach program & project team members on change management activities including change strategy development, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communication and engagement planning, adoption and sustainment plans, and effectiveness measures to support project success
3. Partner with program/project teams to identify and develop sustainment plans, activities, and additional sustainment requisites to successfully engage Associates and future owners in the new way of work
4. Utilize CPMO-established methods, tools, and processes for Change Management and Project Management, adapting where necessary
5. Influence and challenge decision makers and the organization to create strategies for disruption, breakthroughs, transformation, and innovation; and breaking down limiting barriers that could block the introduction of new ways of working
6. Model and encouraging diverse thinking, focusing on the Associates’ points of view across the program
7. Design and facilitate engagements to drive towards alignment and effective end outcomes
Required Qualifications:
8. Minimum of 5 years of experience in applying organization effectiveness and change management expertise including: stakeholder management, leadership alignment, communications, engagement, and change impact assessment
9. Excellent written and oral communication skills; Fluent in both written and spoken English
10. Familiarity with change and project management principles and tools.External qualifications in CM Methodology (e.g. Prosci) are desired but not essential
11. Capability in using digital tools for collaboration and communication (MS Office, Teams)
12. Travel up to 15%
