Optegra has an exciting job opportunity for a Clinic Manager to join our friendly and supportive team at our prestige private Uttoxeter Eye Hospital. This is a part-time role requiring 3 days per week, offering a great chance to be part of a growing business with fully funded training programs.

The Role
We seek an exceptional manager passionate about providing high-quality patient care, with proven management experience, ideally from NHS, medical practice, optical retail, or similar sectors. You will support our new clinic, managing a multidisciplinary team including nurses, practitioners, healthcare technicians, optometrists, and admin staff. Your focus will be on ensuring high standards of care and managing the patient journey in line with policies, standards, and regulations to prioritize patient wellbeing.
What You’ll Need
* At least five years’ experience managing a store, branch, or clinic
* Strong management skills across multidisciplinary teams
* Understanding of CQC regulations and healthcare industry standards, as you will be the Registered Manager
* Relevant management qualification or registration with a professional body is preferred but not essential
