Role Overview: As our Bar & Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our bar and restaurant, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, driving excellence in service, food quality, and overall guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of front-of-house staff, maintaining high standards of performance. Manage stock levels, orders, and inventory for both the bar and restaurant, ensuring cost control and quality. Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff knowledge of menu offerings, wine pairings, and service standards.
