About the role Reporting to the Global Finance Service Delivery Lead (based in Melbourne) and partnering closely with the Finance Director EMEA and the EMEA R2R Lead, this project-based role focuses on driving continuous improvement and strengthening governance across key financial processes in the EMEA region. Note: This is a 9-month, full-time fixed-term contract. - Enhance governance and compliance, ensuring processes align with company policies and global frameworks. - Implement robust financial controls to support compliance, risk management, and operational integrity. - Lead end-to-end process improvement by mapping workflows, defining roles, and identifying automation opportunities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to design and embed efficient, commercially viable finance processes. - Drive change management by embedding process enhancements and monitoring effectiveness. - Leverage financial expertise to analyse transaction flows, optimise efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. About you You're a proactive and results-driven finance professional with a passion for process improvement and governance. With a strong commercial mindset and the ability to influence at all levels, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive meaningful change. - 5 years' experience in finance, ideally within FMCG - Strong understanding of business process improvement, financial governance, and internal controls. - Highly organised with a structured approach to delivering quality outcomes within tight timeframes. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills to drive results. - Confident self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team.
